EDIT: UPDATE - IT'S V0.09 NOW! BUGSSSSSS WRECKED

Stoked to finally upload a file here and announce that the first version of GENTLE is now available for your downloading pleasure! This version was built in about two or so weeks to abide by the time restrictions of the IGMC Rebirth game jam. My game utilizes the theme of "rejuvination" as an evil organization seeks to resurrect a long-forgotten denizen, by way of a forced group of volunteers.

Designing this game has been an absolute treat, and I've been hyperfixated on the project once I started to see the idea blossom. Massive props to my friends for participating without hesitation: Giznads helping me to extend the functionality of RPG Maker 2003 and bennymakesgames providing incredible music and samples. Additionally, I've got to shout out finalbossblues for their killer RTP replacements, 1AMTRAIN for their incredible horror sample packs, and all of the homies (dzpg1, mario_prospero, hot_gamer_dad + Frogge) who bug-tested for me on such short notice.  Thank you!

I'm looking forward to the feedback, ideas and bugfixes that will come from participating in this event, as I brainstorm how to expand upon each and every idea that's been introduced or executed here. I'm thankful to have something to show for all of this work and think this game is going to sit very comfortably next to DELUGE as some of my proudest work.
